I’ve been on a downward spiral since the time I have disregarded all MMORPG games. They used to be so funny, but so addictive, so restricting access to them was the only way to avoid spending so much time in front of a computer.
World of Warcraft was one of the favorites for millions of players, but it quickly got frustrating, when they saw they can’t advance anymore in the game. That was because they lacked resources to instruct more soldiers, so their army was rather poor and finally got killed. Only few skilled gamers managed to build powerful characters.
I’m not knocking World of Warcraft entirely, I see the entertaining and educational value of this game. However, if you fail at it, you may want to try sudoku instead. I’m rather educated on sudoku puzzles, but I can’t guarantee your success. Sudoku requires a lot of thinking and a good focus.
Sudoku is quite powerful. I seem to recall reading that World of Warcraft does integrate this thing. However, there are some doubts that a person can actually enjoy both kids of online games. It’s more probable that lovers of MMORPG won’t touch puzzle or board games. It’s a matter of psychology.
Sometimes, if you have the money, you can buy WoW gold, in order to advance faster to the higher levels in the game and have more fun. Gold is sold by many online, so you need to do a research for finding the cheapest resource available.
Online games have their value, but a parent should never disregard the fact that the children need to spend a lot of time outdoors, in fresh air, especially during summer time. You have to convince your kids to let go of those online games and make them play football or golf, or even go fishing with them.
For the past two generations, World of Warcraft and Quake were strong milestones in our evolution as gamers. This doesn’t mean that some of us won’t find pleasure in playing sudoku, but that’s another story. Life is complicated and so is the human mind.
