As you play World of Warcraft, you realize just how important it is to do dungeon crawling, but it’s so tedious as to be unappealing sometimes. Those of you who have tried to run dungeons know what I mean; it’s a lot of standing around with a group of people, who sometimes disappear or don’t do what you need to do and have trouble communicating. Thanks to the 3.3.0 patch, though, you can take advantage of the Looking for Group System which can change the way you form groups in the game for the better, enabling your progress to improve!

Everyone who’s played WoW is aware of the importance of dungeon runs. The amount of experience you get from these amazingly helpful quests is unparalleled, as mob after mob can be taken out at a time, enabling you to progress quickly; also, the loot that you are able to find in these places can be either very useful or incredibly valuable. Even through every benefit you get from dungeon crawling, however, a lot of people just don’t want to bother with the tedium that dungeons offer. Finding a group that’s willing to go with you is just too much work, and you might have people drop out when you least expect it.

Thanks to patch 3.3.0, though, you can now try dungeon runs to your heart’s content and feel secure. You can form groups from every server for your impending run into the dungeon. If you want to do a five man dungeon, this is perfect. Raiding and group quests can’t be organized through this program, but when it comes to dungeons, you’ll be surprised at how well the program picks your companions. Suddenly, getting a dungeon group together is a lot faster to do, and it works much better.

All you have to do is open up the appropriate window to the program, and pick the dungeon you wish to run through. The dungeon selection will be randomized if you don’t pick on, which can help, because gold and emblem rewards can await you in the right dungeon. Those of you who like to run random dungeons frequently can benefit from the abundance of gold that you can accumulate. However, keep in mind that it’s not possible to enter a dungeon that your character is simply not ready for.

Then you will need to select what role you want to play in the instance, and this will be limited by your class. Choose whether you want to tank, heal or deal out damage, and also indicate whether you are willing to lead a group. Remember that the more random your group is, the larger the gold reward is going to be. Then you will be matched with characters who are compatible with your needs.
