Do Not Make This Mistake When Leveling Up In World Of Warcraft

You can earn gold in World of warcraft in various manner. One of these is by using your profession to gather or craft items and sell those either in the auction house or on the trade channel.
The more you gather, the more you developer your skills. And gathering professions are almost free to level up.
But when it comes to crafting professions, there’s a trap. And most people fall for it.
Remember Your End Goal
Yes, it’s fun to produce things like jewels, enchants, armor and weaponry, and it’s practical to be able to make your own, so you don’t have to buy from others.
Your actual goal in having a profession is probably not to level up your skill but to earn more gold.
If you look at what people put up for sale at the auction house, you don’t get the impression that they are in it for the gold.
On my server, you can often see jewelry, glyphs and other crafted items for sale at prices that are ten times lower than the price it costs to actually create them.
You are probably right to say that if you sell them more expensive, your items will remain unsold since everyone is selling it so cheaply.
If you can, do not sell.
Don’t try to sell them! It is obvious that when the prices are so low on your products that you will be selling them at a loss, or not be able to sell them at all, keep it. There are other ways to make money with these items.
All uncommon items (green items) can be disenchanted. That means that an enchanter can turn your rings, weapons, armor, and some other items into dusts and shards - and dusts and shards are free to put up for sale. You don’t pay any fees if your enchanting materials are not sold. So there’s absolutely no risk for you, and you can avoid undercutting the other prices.
If you don’t have a character with enchanting as a profession, you can probably find somebody in your guild to help you, or you can ask on trade and pay a tip to the enchanter who helps you.
To level up a crafting profession is expensive, but don’t make it harder for yourself than you have to. Don’t undercut prices, but use your items in a creative way to earn gold, even whilst you’re leveling.
